Watching public access television has never brought me such unexpected joy as it did today. Today, I stumbled on Chic-a-go-go. Starring Ratso the rat and Miss Mia, this long-running show features short interviews with artists and bands followed by a very un-choreographed dance sequence with a studio audience. I couldn't turn my eyes away as Chicagoan's young and old awkwardly shuffled to the sounds of Bloc Party.
